Not every project needs the same level of expansion. The DIVUS overall solution can be expanded from pure input to complete KNX visualization. This page organizes typical project cases and shows whether Intercom, Basic, Standard or Deluxe is the right basis.
Entry
The logic from the DIVUS overall solution flyer remains the basis: Intercom solves the entrance and indoor station. Basic and Standard are based on KNX IQ with the VISION visualization. Deluxe works with KNX SERVER or D+ and the OPTIMA visualization; TOUCHZONE and SUPERIO serve as high-quality control points.
The diVISION below remains deliberately sorted according to typical projects. This way you can see more quickly which building block makes sense for an apartment, residential building, commercial building, tower or modernization.
System logic
VISION and OPTIMA are the names of the user interfaces. They are not freely mixed, but belong to the respective system basis.
Stand-alone KNX touch panel for apartment, living, retrofit and compact projects.
VISION is the interface for KNX IQ. CTP04 can be used as a room control point in such projects.
Server-based KNX platform for larger systems, logic, time functions and multiple operating points.
OPTIMA is the interface for KNX SERVER and D+. TOUCHZONE and SUPERIO serve as control points for this visualization.
Note for the solution page: Basic/Standard = KNX IQ + VISION. Deluxe = KNX SERVER or D+ + OPTIMA.

For projects where entrance, call, camera and door opening are the focus and a full KNX visualization is not required.

Living with KNX IQ and VISION
For residential projects that start with an understandable visualization and want to bring together door communication, rooms and scenes. When rooms, trades and functions need to be clearly visualized, VISION remains the central user interface. KNX IQ and CTP04 provide the matching control points in the building.
Ideal for: Single-family homes, high-quality renovations, practices, shops and offices with central control points.
Server solution with panel extensions
The full expansion level for complex buildings: KNX SERVER / D+ as the central basis and TOUCHZONE / SUPERIO as high-quality control points.
Ideal for: Villas, large residential buildings, tower buildings, offices, technical centers and demanding commercial properties.
Sensibly expand existing systems
Not every building is newly planned. DIVUS helps upgrade existing KNX and intercom structures with modern control points, apps and visualization.
Ideal for: Renovations, replacement of old control devices and step-by-step modernization.

Building as a system
The DIVUS overall solution grows with the project: Intercom starts at the entrance. Basic and Standard use KNX IQ as the system basis and VISION as the interface. Deluxe maps complex buildings with KNX SERVER or D+, OPTIMA and suitable control points.
This means that the structure remains comprehensible for planners and integrators. The scope grows with the project, but the system logic consisting of door communication, visualization, network and touch panels remains the same.
