The information can be always accessed with touch panels or mobile smart devices. This gives the owner the possibility to check and control what happens in or outside the property, at any given time.

Automatic switches, motion detectors or door and window contacts can be integrated and used via DIVUS KNX SERVER in the intelligent visualization of DIVUS. This ensures a high level of security and remains at the same time discreetly in the background. And it is possible to activate or integrate only certain areas of the building. But even without an integrated alarm system, you have the option to create a scenario called “emergeny”, for example. In case of an emergency, this scenario can be activated manually with a tap on the screen, or automatically by triggered window contacts. Thus, immediately the complete lighting will be turned on, recording of the camera will be starting and the music will be turned up at full blast. This deters burglars and alerts not only the residents in the house, but also all the neigbours around.

Presence simulation

Presence simulation is a good way to keep unwanted guests away from home. Automatically lights are turned on and off, the TV switches on at different times and the blinds are closed in the evening. The DIVUS KNX SERVER simulates the “presence of habitants” while your are on a business or holiady trip.

Protection in case of smoke, fire or storms

If the integrated smoke detectors spot fire or smoke, the DIVUS KNX SERVER will set off initial countermeasures and provides escape assistance: blinds and shutters are automatically raised and the escape route is illuminated.

In the case of a storm, awnings are retracted, windows are closed and shutters are shut down automatically on the side facing the thunderstorm. The KNX SERVER puts the house in a storm-proof state.

Safety in case of technical damage

Networked household appliances such as hotplates, refrigerators, dishwashers or washing machines are controlled by sensors and technology detectors. DIVUS KNX SERVER immediately signals a malfunction, should the washing machine leak, if the door of the refrigerator has not been closed properly or if the heating has failed. This allows the residents to respond quickly to prevent major damage.
